Be it resolve° by the Council of the
City of s'raterloo, Iona:
That the City Treasurer be and he is
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of J5,000.00
from the hunicipal Court Fund to the Consolidated
rlunc_ of the City of Taterloo , Iowa.
Be it further resolved that the City
Clerk be and he is hereby a thorized and directed to
certif .T co_oies of this Resolution to the Clerk_ of
the Municipal Court and t o the City Treasurer of tiB City
ofWaterloo , Iowa.
