y1-REPARATIO ATS OF PLAT AID SCHEDULE OP
ASSESZ=3.
Whereas on the 24 day of Wti,+'lk, 1923, the Bryant Paving
Corroany entered into a contract r the City of daterloo,
Iowa, for the construction of certain pnvi.n , curb and gutter,
on ;liles Street in said city ruianing from the Southeast line
of Duryea Street to the .rest line of Mcinley Street, which
contract was duly approved 'b, the Council on the 'l ay of
)1/141*1923,
And Whereas, the City Engineer has filed with the City
Clerk on the 25th day of June, 1923, a report certifying that
the Bryant Paving Company has fully completed the con-
struction of said improvements in accordance with the plans
and s--ecifications and contract therefore ;
flow There ore be it resolved the City
by r
Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, that the report of the
City Engineer be and the same is hero�by approved and a opted;
that the improvement above described was constructed under and
by virtue of said contract and plans and specifications , for
the sate ; and that the total cost of said improvement is hereby
determined to be 4 91 414.0►3(oas shown in said Engineer 's report.
Be It Further Resolved by said City Council that said

instructed and directed to prepare a plat
and schedule of the property benefited by said improvement
showing the separate lots and parcels of ground, or parts thereof,
subject to assessment for the cost and expenses of the con-
struction of said improvement together with the names of the
owners thereof as far as practicable , and the amount assessable
by law and the resolutions of this Council against each lot
or parcel of ground abutting on or adjacent acen said� t to impr ov ement
and against any railway or street railway whose tracks ,
stations grounds or right of way, are located thereon, abut there-
on or are adjacent thereto, which plat and schedule when complet-
ed shall be filed in the office of the Cit_.- Clerk, said
adjacent property to b_, and include the property half the
distance to the next street but not exceeding three hundred feet
from the improvement.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of June , 1923.
