RESOLUTION NO. 2013-413
RESOLUTION APPROVING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ASSISTANCE CONTRACT NUMBER 13 -TC -026 WITH
IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (IEDA)
AND HYDRITE CHEMICAL COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Economic Development Assistance Contract Number 13 -TC -026,
dated May 20, 2013, for the Hydrite Chemical Company expansion
project, with the City of Waterloo as the local sponsoring
community, by and between the Iowa Economic Development Authority
(IEDA), Hydrite Chemical Company and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2013.
