Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:provide current semi-annual kitchen hood
exhaust hood and fire suppression inspection reports with all discrepancies
corrected.Report from AKA 1/8/23 lists deficiency of Hinge Kit Required.Per phone
conversation 4/17/23 Hinge kit to be installed by next cleaning inspection 7/8/23 or
contractor submit a reporter with no discrepancies if entire system and fan can be
cleaned. Report is now overdue and deficiencies still exist.Contractor must upload
corrections and current report.
