FAIL 1032.2-Reliability. Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.

FAIL 1203.2.15-Means of egress Emergency power shall be provided for means of egress illumination in accordance
illumination. with Sections 1008.3 and 1104.5.1.

failed. Need to be replaced or repaired.

taps.Multiplug adapters. taps and relocatable taps shall be in accordance with NFPA 70 and this code.
Inspector:JEREMIAH VANDYKE-Comments:Can not plug multi plug adapters into
multi plug adapters or power taps/strips.Power strips are to be plugged directly into
wall outlets.ALSO extension cords can not be used as permeant wiring.
Location: Receptionist desk area.
FAIL 705.2.6-Testing. Horizontal and vertical sliding and rolling fire doors shall be inspected and tested
annually to confirm proper operation and full closure. Records of inspections and
testing shall be maintained.
