RESOLUTION NO. 2013-415
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH KOELKER PROPERTIES LLC OF MARION, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated May 20, 2013, for the
construction of a 10,400 square foot industrial building on Lot 3
of the South Port Addition (Geraldine Road), with a minimum value
of $352,000.00, and tax rebates for 6 years at 78 percent and a
7th year at 75 percent, by and between Koelker Properties LLC of
Marion, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2013.
