STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1032.2-Reliability. Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove all storage from exit path to second exit
in front of door and in back hallway downstairs.
FAIL 1203.2.6-Exit signs. Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:repair exit light downstairs in hall in front of
furnace room.
