FAIL 1032.2-Reliability. Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: Remove pallets from stairway landing on 2nd
floor east.

FAIL 1032.3-Obstructions. A means of egress shall be free from obstructions that would prevent its use,
including the accumulation of snow and ice.

outside main electrical room main exit B.Ashtray blocking stairway exit to outside
stairway 1.Suggest installing permanent sticker stating"Fire Exit Do Not Block".C.

FAIL 1203.2.6-Exit signs. Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than

FAIL 610.1.2-Maintenance. The lint trap,mechanical and heating components,and the exhaust duct system of a
clothes dryer shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's operating
instructions to prevent the accumulation of lint or debris that prevents the exhaust
of air and products of combustion.

of dryer vent cleaning to the outside with signature and date for the guest and house
laundry dryers.

ceilings to repair frozen fire sprinkler lines WITH proper permits and inspections
including:A.4th floor electric room by elevator B.electric room by room 431 C.
replace missing ceiling tile by 1st floor ice machine. D.repair ceiling in dining area by
fire sprinkler repair.

have been repaired in several areas including electrical rooms on two floors. Provide
