FAI 4.9-Support of nonsprinkler Sprinkler system components shall not be used to support non-sprinkler system
system components components unless expressly permitted by NFPA 13.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: remove Christmas lights from fire sprinkler pipe
and hangers in basement party room
F IL 604.2.5-Exit signs Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:repair exit/egress exit light above the back door of
kitchen.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: remove broken lamp from base in basement
water heater room. Properly cap all electrical wires with listed cover.

clearance depth and 78 inches(1981 mm)in height shall be provided in front of electrical
service equipment.Where the electrical service equipment is wider than 30 inches
(762 mm),the working space shall be not less than the width of the equipment.
Storage of materials shall not be located within the designated working space.

Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove obstructions to water heater in
basement. Maintain a minimum of 36"clearance at all times.

Records for cleanings shall state the individual and company performing the cleaning
and when the cleaning took place.Such records shall be completed after each
inspection or cleaning and maintained.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:Provide current semi-annual kitchen hood
exhaust cleaning and fire suppression inspection reports with all discrepancies
corrected.
FAIL, 703.4-Testing Horizontal and vertical sliding and rolling fire doors shall be inspected and tested
annually to confirm proper operation and full closure. Records of inspections and
testing shall be maintained.
