STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 102.4-Application of building The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the International
code Building Code,and any alterations,additions,changes in use or changes in
structures required by this code,which are within the scope of the International
Building Code,shall be made in accordance therewith.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:Obtain plumbing permit and inspections for new
water heater installed without permits.
FAIL 1031.2-Reliability Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove obstructions to North door. Maintain a
minimum of 36"clear path to the door.Storage must be stable.You may appeal to
the building department or an architect to have exit designation removed from back
door.
FAIL 604.2.5-Exit signs Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.

FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

door. remove all extension cords not rated for outdoor use.remove power strip
from outside. Power cords not to be made a permanent part of the the building(no
tucking into siding or stapling,to building)
