STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 102.4-Application of building The design and construction of new structures shall comply with the International
code Building Code,and any alterations,additions,changes in use or changes in
structures required by this code,which are within the scope of the International
Building Code,shall be made in accordance therewith.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:Obtain proper electrical permit and inspections
for the back building in back yard.
FAIL 604.2.5-Exit signs Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:repair exit sign above main door or remove and
properly contain wires with an approved blank cover
FAIL 605.4.2-Power supply Relocatable power taps shall be directly connected to a permanently installed
receptacle.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:each portable power tap must have a manual
reset and plug directly into wall outlet, not into each other.(back room). Portable
power taps can be used for light duty such as computer equipt,Tv's and lamps.They
may not be used for appliances or anything with a motor, produces heating or
cooling.
FAIL 605.5-Extension cords Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be a substitute for permanent wiring.
Extension cords and flexible cords shall not be affixed to structures,extended
through walls,ceilings or floors,or under doors or floor coverings, nor shall such
cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact. Extension cords shall
be used only with portable appliances.
� - Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: remove extension cord extending through wall
and siding to the outside of the building. Extension cord use prohibited and power
cords not allowed to pass through walls or above ceilings.
