LICENSED contractor and inspection report needs to be uploaded to Compliance
Engine by servicing contractor to be compliant. Fire alarm was inspected by ADT with
-- --� non licensed contractor Mike Hippler. Rejection letter was sent to ADT and store
manager. Business to contact fire alarm contractor to resolve issue for alarm
inspection.Attachment below compliance engine report sent to ADT and store
manager on 9/9/2022.
