STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 304.3.1 -Spontaneous Materials susceptible to spontaneous ignition,such as oily rags,shall be stored in a
ignition listed disposal container.Contents of such containers shall be removed and
disposed of daily.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:provide an approved listed oily rag container with
self-closing lid.see attached
FAIL 305.1 -Clearance from Clearance between ignition sources,such as luminaires,heaters,flame-producing
ignition sources devices and combustible materials,shall be maintained in an approved manner.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: remove storage around water heater. Maintain a
minimum of 36"clearance at all times.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: remove fan or have damaged cord replaced by
technician by video games.
FAIL 609.3.3.3-Records Records for inspections shall state the individual and company performing the
inspection,a description of the inspection and when the inspection took place.
Records for cleanings shall state the individual and company performing the cleaning
and when the cleaning took place.Such records shall be completed after each
inspection or cleaning and maintained.
