is busted and rear door does not work.Screen door on front door does not fit
reasonably in the jamb.jamb is broken where screen door shock is hooked to jamb.

door. Front deck stairs have broken treads and decking is broken and loose.
Structural issues with supports under deck.Deck needs to be replaced. Front door
jamb is broken and screen door needs adjusted so it will open smoothly.
