QUIT CLAIM DEED

For consideration of One Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, City of Waterloo,
Iowa, a municipality organized and existing under the laws of Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to
Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of
Iowa all our right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand in the following described real estate
in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
The Northeasterly One-half of Lot 4 in Block 11 in Leavitt's Addition to
Waterloo, Iowa
Subject to (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record as set forth in the
subdivision Deed of Dedication; (b) general utility and right-of-way easements
serving the property and of record; and (c) restrictions imposed by local zoning
ordinances and other applicable law. Further subject to possibility of reverter of
title pursuant to Development Agreement dated March 2nd, 2026, and recorded
March 31 st, 2026, as Doc. No. 2026-04209
This deed is exempt according to Iowa Code 428A.2(6).
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower,homestead and distributive
share in and to the real estate. Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall
be construed as in the singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according
to the context.
