RESOLUTION NO. 2013-437
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF CT514
COMPOST TURNER FOR YARD WASTE SITE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Purchase of CT514 Compost Turner for Yard
Waste Site, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of CT514 Compost Turner for Yard Waste Site, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2013-388 on May 13,
2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 28,
2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of CT514 Compost Turner for Yard Waste Site, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2013.
