8 Currently the back exit door violates several sub-sections of 2015
IFC section 1010 by obstructing release button, requiring more
than one motion of hand to open door, No signage about delayed
or controlled exit, changed original operation of electromagnetic
locking system, and failure to use listed parts of original installation.
Provide compliance with 2015 IFC section 1010.1.9.9(see
attached) Note:the electronic release shall be contained within
door hardware of the exit door. Employ a qualified contractor with
proper permit and inspections.
9 Remove combustible material from top and sides of enclosure in
exit path.
10 Repair egress light in Fire Sprinkler Riser Room
Comments: On 7/6/18 disconnect cover obstructing release and combustible material on
structure were removed.
Maintain storage a minimum of 18"below fire sprinkler deflector through out
building including office.
If violations noted during the inspection are not corrected by the given re-inspection date,additional fees
are as follows:
