315.3.1 Ceiling clearance. Storage shall be maintained 2 feet or
more below the ceiling in nonsprinklered areas of buildings or not
less than 18 inches below sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered

cords be subject to environmental damage or physical impact.
Extension cords shall be used only with portable appliances.
*An Extension cord was found to be plugged into a power tap and
ran to a cooler next to the managers office

901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm,
and extinguishing systems, mechanical smoke exhaust systems,
and smoke and heat vents shall be maintained in an operative
condition at all times,and shall be replaced or repaired where
defective. Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall
be inspected, tested and maintained or removed.
*Ceiling tiles were found to be missing in multiple areas of the back
kitchen area

or space shall be illuminated at all times that the room or space is
occupied.

1013.6.3 Power source. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times.
To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90
minutes in case of primary power loss,the sign illumination means
shall be connected to an emergency power system provided from
storage batteries, unit equipment or an on-site generator. The
installation of the emergency power system shall be in accordance
with Section 604.
