1 2015 IFC Section 102.3 Changes shall not be made in the use or
occupancy of any structure that would place the structure in a
different division of the same group or occupancy or in a different
group of occupancies., unless such structure is made to comply
with the requirements of this code and the International Building
code.
NO Persons shall occupy this structure as a residence. Remove all
furniture being used for sleeping purposes from the premises as
explained by 7/19/18 10:00 AM.

2 Obtain required permits and all required final inspections for all
work completed in structure from the City of Waterloo Building
Department.
3 2015 IFC 605.1 Abatement of electrical hazards. Remove
hazardous wiring to range(improper breaker protection as
confirmed by electrical inspector. )and obtain permits and final
inspections on all electrical work completed in building.
4 Provide currently serviced 2A-10BC fire extinguishers mounted 4"
to 5'above finished floor in a readily accessible location within 75'
of any location in structure.
5 Repair all emergency egress/exit lights.
6 Provide documentation of dryer vent cleaning to the outside of the
building with a signature and date.
Comments: 1st re-inspection will occur at approximately 10:00 AM Thursday,July 19,2018 to
confirm no person is residing in structure. Follow up inspection will be as needed
but not after August 1.2018
If violations noted during the inspection are not corrected by the given re-inspection date,additional fees
are as follows:
