detection,alarm,and extinguishing systems, mechanical
smoke exhaust systems,and smoke and heat vents shall
be maintained in an operative condition at all times,and
shall be replaced or repaired where defective.
Nonrequired fire protection systems and equipment shall
be inspected,tested and maintained or removed.
*Fire extinguisher in Starbuck's prep/storage area near
the sink was found to be out of date on it's inspection tag.
**Corrective action, have an annual inspection/service
performed on the extinguisher to bring it current.
Comments: Re-inspection fees will be issued for subsequent re-inspections.
