extinguisher at all times.
8 Provide an approved, listed oily waste container with self-closing lid
for all grease laden materials. (See attached).
9 Provide and approved metal container with self closing lid that is
specifically listed and designed for hot ashes.
10 Boiler room:
A. repair excessive moisture problem creating hazard with all
electrical panels and equipment.
B. Properly contain exposed wiring in junction box above boiler
room door.
C. Immediately remove cover from smoke detector.
D. Remove pallet storage(combustibles)from boiler and
equipment room.
