FAl L 1010.1.9- Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments: Front door will not open
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following: Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.

FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

broken windows.Ceiling in kitchen needs repaired.And open pex need installed to
code by licensed professional. Electric service needs grounding. Need handrail to
upstairs. Peeling paint needs corrected.Cracked plaster needs corrected. Bath sink

receptacle or a receptacle with a ground fault circuit interrupter. Every bathroom shall
contain not less than one receptacle.Any new bathroom receptacle outlet shall have
ground fault circuit interrupter protection.All receptacle outlets shall have the
appropriate faceplate cover for the location
