FAIL R4- Exterior Property Areas Is the exterior property area maintained in a clean,safe, and sanitary condition?This
includes grading and drainage,sidewalks and driveways,weeds,and pest
infestations.(IPMC 302)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Debris and now today sewage from clean
out
FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Hole in kitchen ceiling needs repaired.
Mitigate mold in ceiling cavity. Back bedroom leak in ceiling. Back bedroom toilet does
not work. Upstairs bathroom floor needs replaced. Upstairs bath tub leaks into 1st
floor. Upstairs bedroom ceiling has damaged drywall and abraded material that
needs replaced. Upstairs bedroom has soft spot in floor that needs
replaced/repaired. Front door is not weather tight and does not fit reasonably in
jamb.Screen door has broken sliding window/screen that keep falling out of door.
Cockroaches need exterminated by a professional.
FAIL R6.C.- Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working
condition?(IPMC 603.1)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Dishwasher is not installed in opening
under sink correctly. Open dishwasher and dishwasher tips out of opening.AC not
working again

BARRY STRATTON-08/15/2022 a 09:21 304.15 Doors. Exterior doors,door assemblies,operator systems if provided,and
hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling
units and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors
shall be in accordance with Section 702.3.This section to include screen door on front
entrance.

maintained in good,clean and sanitary condition. Peeling,chipping,flaking or abraded
paint shall be repaired, removed or covered.Cracked or loose plaster,decayed wood
and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.

shall be capable of being opened and closed by being properly and securely attached
to jambs,headers or tracks as intended by the manufacturer of the attachment
hardware.

Structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by
approved processes that will not be injurious to human health.After pest elimination,
proper precautions shall be taken to prevent re-infestation.

order,and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks and defects and be capable of
performing the function for which such plumbing fixtures are designed. Plumbing
fixtures shall be maintained in a safe,sanitary and functional condition.

structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants or the structure by reason of
inadequate service, inadequate venting, cross connection, backsiphonage, improper
installation, deterioration or damage or for similar reasons,the code official shall
require the defects to be corrected to eliminate the hazard.
BARRY STRATTON-08/15/2022 @ 09:22 All water damaged material/drywall shall be removed and replaced once moisture/leak
is corrected.
