FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
operable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Front door needs replaced. Security
hardware damaged and does not work.
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following:Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.

room damaged from water leak,floors damaged and need replaced throughout
house,toilet needs re-set on floor on 1st floor and 2nd floor toilet does not work,
bath tub on 1st has leak that runs on floor,and sink leaks. Kitchen sink does not
drain,peeling paint throughout house,door hardware missing on doors,broken
windows need repaired.Handrail and balusters need replaced going upstairs.Mice
infestation.
