RESOLUTION NO. 2013-448
RESOLUTION APPROVING PHONE SYSTEM AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Phone System Agreement dated May 28, 2013, in the amount
of $9,997.99, for a shared phone system provided by Schmitt
Telecom Partners, Inc., by and between Waterloo Water Works and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2013.
