FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments: Peeling/abraded paint, mold in bathroom,
access panel in bathroom not a fire rated cover for this application. Drywall will need
to be installed for the fire rated assembly. No furnace filter in place. On todays
inspection no heat. Door hardware on front door.
