FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following:Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.

FAIL .05.1 -Abatement of identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
;lectrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

specified in Items 2 through 6 where each dwelling unit is provided with a portable
fire extinguisher having a minimum rating of 1-A:10-B:C.2.Within 30 feet(9144 mm)
of commercial cooking equipment.3.In areas where flammable or combustible

Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Peeling and abraded paint throughout.
Kitchen sink will not drain and is still leaking.Ceiling in bedroom falling and peeling
paint. Bathroom tub and shower valve needs replaced.Tub has peeling paint used in
tub.Peeling paint in bathroom, bedrooms,doors,handrail busted to upstairs broken
windows.

structure who has received a compliance order or upon whom a notice of violation has
been served to sell,transfer,mortgage,lease or otherwise dispose of such dwelling
unit or structure to another until the provisions of the compliance order or notice of
violation have been complied with,or until such owner or the owners authorized
agent shall first furnish the grantee,transferee, mortgagee or lessee a true copy of any
compliance order or notice of violation issued by the code official and shall furnish to
the code official a signed and notarized statement from the grantee,transferee,
mortgagee or lessee,acknowledging the receipt of such compliance order or notice of
violation and fully accepting the responsibility without condition for making the
corrections or repairs required by such compliance order or notice of violation.
