FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

present with mold in areas of unit. Mold will need mitigated. Remove all damaged
drywall and replace. Globes are missing on light fixtures and sprinkler escutcheons
missing on sprinkler head in laundry room.

in small amounts,it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner. b.When mold is
found in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk,the building official may
order that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the
building official.All damage drywall shall be removed, mold removed,and drywall
replaced.
