STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1008.1 -Means of egress Illumination shall be provided in the means of egress in accordance with Section
illumination 1008.2. Under emergency power, means of egress illumination shall comply with
Section 1008.3.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Egress light on rear entrance door still not
repaired
FAIL 1010.1.9- Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Unit#2 door.Front entrance to 1226 the
hinges are damaged.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

on all lights. Remove extension cords from ceiling. light in hallway falling off wall.
Loving room light hanging from ceiling grid.

specified in Items 2 through 6 where each dwelling unit is provided with a portable
fire extinguisher having a minimum rating of 1-A: 10-B:C.2.Within 30 feet(9144 mm)
of commercial cooking equipment.3. In areas where flammable or combustible
liquids are stored, used or dispensed.4.On each floor of structures under
construction,except Group R-3 occupancies,in accordance with Section 3315.1.5.
Where required by the sections indicated in Table 906.1.6.Special-hazard areas,
including but not limited to laboratories,computer rooms and generator rooms,
where required by the fire code official.

Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Water damage to kitchen cabinets. Drawers
and doors damage and do not close and latch. Door hardware missing on pantry.
Bathroom ceiling missing from water damage.Mold adn mushrooms growing in
ceiling cavity. Door trim on front door missing. Missing exhaust fan on bath fan.Stove
needs replace because door is damaged.

small amounts, it can be cleaned in a safe and sanitary manner.b.When mold is found
in a rental unit and is determined to be a health risk,the building official may order
that a clean air report be obtained from a mold specialist approved by the building
official.
