STATUS COPE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Interior doors all need replaced.
FAIL 1031.7-Emergency escape Required emergency escape and rescue openings shall be maintained in accordance
and rescue openings with the code in effect at the time of construction,and the following: Required
emergency escape and rescue openings shall be operational from the inside of the
room without the use of keys or tools. Bars,grilles,grates or similar devices are
allowed to be placed over emergency escape and rescue openings provided the
minimum net clear opening size complies with the code that was in effect at the time
of construction and such devices shall be releasable or removable from the inside
without the use of a key,tool or force greater than that which is required for normal
operation of the emergency escape and rescue opening.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:304.13 Window,skylight and door frames.
Every window,skylight,door and frame shall be kept in sound condition,good repair
and weather tight.304.13.2 Openable windows. Every window,other than a fixed
window,shall be easily openable and capable of being held in position by window
hardware.304.14 Insect screens. During the period from[DATE]to[DATE],every door,
window and other outside opening required for ventilation of habitable rooms,food
preparation areas,food service areas or any areas where products to be included or
utilized in food for human consumption are processed, manufactured, packaged or
stored shall be supplied with approved tightly fining screens of minimum 16 mesh
per inch(16 mesh per 25 mm),and every screen door used for insect control shall
have a self-closing device in good working condition.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.

where required by the fire code official.

FAIL 907.2.11 -Single-and Listed single-and multiple-station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be
multiple-station smoke installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.

Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments: 111.1.3 Structure unfit for human
occupancy.A structure is unfit for human occupancy whenever the code official finds
that such structure is unsafe, unlawful or,because of the degree to which the
structure is in disrepair or lacks maintenance, is insanitary,vermin or rat infested,
contains filth and contamination,or lacks ventilation,illumination,sanitary or heating
facilities or other essential equipment required by this code,or because the location
of the structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants of the structure or to the
public.(New tenants at listed address and corrections not inspected before
occupancy.

FAIL R5- Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and
sanitary state?(1PMC 304)
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Doors,windows,no screens,and roof
needs replaced. Rotten sofit needs replaced.(Roof&Sofit still not done). House has
needed a new roof for along time.
FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments: Front&rear doors,all windows need locks
and capable of opening and closing.Stove not working. No window screens.
Handrails loose on stairs to upstairs and are not installed to code because handrail is
to small.Window frames and door jambs rotten. Doors and windows shall be
weather tight. Bathroom sink faucet needs replaced.Toilet needs re-set on floor,
bathroom floor and sub floor needs replaced. Kitchen ceiling needs replaced.Sun
porch ceiling is falling in. Peeling paint needs corrected. Bedroom ceiling needs
repaired.Carpet on steps is torn. Plastic pipe in kitchen ceiling not to code.
