FAIL 907.2.11.1 -Group R-1 Single or multiple station smoke alarms shall be installed in all of the follovving
locations in Group R-1: 1. In sleeping areas.2.In every room in the path of the means
of egress from the sleepin;area to the door leading from the sleepin;unit..{.In each
story within the sleeping unit,including basements. For sleeping units with split levels
and without an intervening door between the adjacent levels, a smoke alarm installed
on the upper level shall suffice tor the adjacent lower level provided that the lower
level is less than one full story below the upper level.

Inspector: DR|ANVV|RTZ Comments: Unit[\the kitchen plumbing is leaking into the
cabinet below.The mechanical roorn has mold on the walls. Smoke detectors missing
or not working. Unit AZbedroom doors missing.Unit F Smoke detectors missing or
not working in the bedroorns, Unit G Holes in the sheetrock on the ceiling and on the
walls need to be patched. Unit K 2 smoke detectors missing in the bedroorns. Unit j
the miechanical room is full of storage stuff. i'our not allowed to store anything in the
mechanica| room.
