RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
SUNNYSIDE SOUTH ADDITION, LLC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for Sunnyside
South Addition, LLC, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2013.
