FAIL 1010.1.9-Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section,egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Fire Door on 2nd Floor North door the
hardware is still damaged.
FAIL 605.1 -Abatement of Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Outlet cover sill missing in laundry room.
FAIL 703.2-Opening protectives Opening protectives shall be maintained in an operative condition in accordance with
NFPA 80.Where allowed by the fire code official,the application of field-applied labels
associated with the maintenance of opening protectives shall follow the
requirements of the approved third-party certification organization accredited for
listing the opening protective. Fire doors and smoke barrier doors shall not be
blocked or obstructed,or otherwise made inoperable. Fusible links shall be replaced
promptly whenever fused or damaged.Fire door assemblies shall not be modified.
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Open hole in laundry room. Piece of drywall
attempted to be installed over hole has failed.Penetration's still not fire caulked.
FAIL 907.2.11 -Single-and Listed single-and multiple-station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be
multiple-station smoke installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.

Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Cockroaches and mice in unit#202.
Bathroom ceiling need replaced. Drywall damaged by water and mold is forming on
ceiling.Mold on walls in tub.Oven does not work. Entrance door to unit 202 needs
replaced.The entire door is split.All damaged drywall and material in bathroom that
has been damaged by water/sewer leak will need removed.Mold will need mitigation
and drywall replaced.

FAIL R6.D. -Receptacles Every habitable space in a dwelling shall contain not less than two separate and
remote receptacle outlets. Every laundry area shall contain not less than one
grounding-type receptacle or a receptacle with a GFCI. Every bathroom shall contain
not less than one receptacle.Any new bathroom receptacle shall have GFCI
protection.All receptacles shall have the appropriate faceplate cover.(IPMC 605.2)
