Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Peeling/abraded paint,mold in bathroom,
access panel in bathroom not a fire rated cover for this application.Drywall will need
to be installed for the fire rated assembly. No furnace filter in place.Sink leaking.
Door hardware on front door.
