RESOLUTION NO. 2013-451
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND
FINAL PLATS AND NECESSARY DOCUMENTS OF
SUNNYSIDE SOUTH ADDITION, LLC IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this 28th day of May, 2013, at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
Preliminary and Final Plats of Sunnyside South Addition, LLC,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, were presented for approval,
and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary and Final Plats have been
previously submitted to and have been approved by the Waterloo
City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary and Final Plats have been
considered and should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Preliminary and Final Plats of
Sunnyside South Addition, LLC, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
be and they are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to
certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 2013.
