Identified hazardous electrical conditions electrical hazards in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring,devices,appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Concrete is decayed and holes have formed from failure. Gutters still not cleaned out and gutters extensions still missing on gutters. FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305) Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Tub surround still not replaced. Bathroom window has water damage and mold is forming on damaged wood. Bath fan needs cleaned. Leak in foundation in basement needs reparied. Handrail is needed to basement.
