Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Cockroaches and mice in unit#202. Mold
on walls in tub.Tiling on walls of surround still not corrected.Surface is rough and
not painted.Entrance door to unit 202 still not replaced.The entire door is split.Sink
in kitchen is leaking and water is being caught in a bucket.

flaking or abraded

and other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.

systems if vided,and
hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances oto dwelling
units and sleeping units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors
shall be in accordance with Section 702.3. 1416 Entrance door hinges damaged.
