RESOLUTION NO. 2013-897
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LA PORTE
ROAD PUMPING STATION AND FORCE MAIN, CONTRACT
NO. 847.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., for the La Porte Road Pumping Station and
Force Main, Contract No. 847, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the La Porte Road Pumping Station and Force
Main, Contract No. 847, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2013-805 on October 7, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 4, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the La Porte Road Pumping Station and Force
Main, Contract No. 847, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2013.
