openings or where immediate access is necessary for life-saving or fire-fighting
purposes,the fire code official is authorized to require a key box to be installed in an
approved location.The key box shall be of an approved type listed in accordance with
UL 1037,and shall contain keys to gain necessary access as required by the fire code
official.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Need a knox box on exterior of building for
fire department access in case of medical emergency.Still no knox box.
FAIL R6- Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair,structurally sound,and in a sanitary condition?(IPMC 305)
Inspector:BARRY STRATTON-Comments:Front window is not weather tight.All
weather striping and seals rotten.Window moves in track allowing air to come into
apartment.Window is still broken and has not been repaired.
