Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed in all of the following locations: 1.In new and existing Group A,B,E,F,H, I,M, R-1,R-2, R-4 and S occupancies. Removed all damage material and replace. Bath fan needs cleaned. Peeling paint in bathroom needs corrected.Potential mold in kids closet and kitchen.Mice in apartment need exterminated.Closets are very cold. Floors at baseboards there is a lot of cold air coming in both closets. Need to insulate for weatherization purposes.
