RESOLUTION NO. 2013-899
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY2014 DANES COMPLEX
LIGHTING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the FY2014
Danes Complex Lighting Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the FY2014 Danes
Complex Lighting Project, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2013-834 on October 14, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 4, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
FY2014 Danes Complex Lighting Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2013.
