I had a conversation with Stephanie on May 4th of 2023 and I told her the Clerk's Office would void the re-inspection fee. Inspection started in October of 2022 and her husband called me to request for an extension. I gave them an extension and started re-inspection in January 2023. Inspections done January, February,April, and May of 2023.As of today they are still the registered owners.
