RESOLUTION NO. 2013-904
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AMENT, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 4, 2013,
in an amount not to exceed $19,100.00, for preliminary survey and
engineering services in connection with the Safe Routes to School
Traffic Signal Project at Irving Elementary School located at
West 5th Street and Baltimore Street, by and between Ament, Inc.
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2013.
