RESOLUTION NO. 2013-905
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF LAND LEASE
AGREEMENT AND LAND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WATERLOO MSA LP D/B/A VERIZON WIRELESS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Land Lease Agreement and Land Lease
Agreement dated November 4, 2013, to lease land at Byrnes Park
for $800.00 per month for 5 years for the construction of a free-
standing cellular tower, by and between MSA LP d/b/a Verizon
Wireless and the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 2013.
