RESOLUTION NO. 2013-906
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REVERSIONARY
RIGHTS UNDER A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
LEONDORF LLC OF DENVER, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Release of Reversionary Rights under a June 25, 2007
Development Agreement, to allow businesses along the southern
side of San Marnan Drive to not have a lien or cloud of title on
their property in abstract continuations, documents, etc., by and
between Leondorf LLC of Denver, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
