STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1031.2-Reliability Required exit accesses,exits and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained
free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other
emergency where the building area served by the means of egress is occupied.An
exit or exit passageway shall not be used for any purpose that interferes with a
means of egress.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove chair and high chair storage from west
exit door in dining room.
FAIL 305.1 -Clearance from Clearance between ignition sources,such as luminaires,heaters,flame-producing
ignition sources devices and combustible materials,shall be maintained in an approved manner.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:remove oily waste container from next to water
heater. Maintain 36"clearance to water heater at all times.
FAIL 605.3-Working space and A working space of not less than 30 inches(762 mm)in width,36 inches(914 mm)in
clearance depth and 78 inches(1981 mm)in height shall be provided in front of electrical
service equipment.Where the electrical service equipment is wider than 30 inches
(762 mm),the working space shall be not less than the width of the equipment.
Storage of materials shall not be located within the designated working space.
Exceptions: 1.Where other dimensions are required or allowed by NFPA 70.2.Access
openings into attics or under-floor areas which provide a minimum clear opening of
22 inches(559 mm)by 30 inches(762 mm).

electrical panels.(Remove obstructions on stairs to electrical room).
FAIL 609.3.3.1 -Inspection Hoods,grease-removal devices,fans,ducts and other appurtenances shall be
inspected at intervals specified in Table or as approved by the fire code official.
Inspections shall be completed by qualified individuals.

system service after activation of the system. Inspection shall be by qualified individuals,and a
certificate of inspection shall be forwarded to the fire code official upon completion.
