FAIL 315.3.1 -Ceiling clearance Storage shall be maintained 2 feet(610 mm)or more below the ceiling in
nonsprinklered areas of buildings or not less than 18 inches(457 mm)below
sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered areas of buildings.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: reduce storage at back of store to a minimum of
24"below ceiling at back of store.
FAIL 605.4-Multiplug adapters Multiplug adapters,such as cube adapters, unfused plug strips or any other device
not complying with NFPA 70 shall be prohibited.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: Remove multi-plug adapter at front of store to
Gatorade and Dr Pepper coolers.Coolers must plug directly into wall outlet,. Install
permanent outlets with proper permits and inspections.
