FAIL 605.7-Appliances Electrical appliances and fixtures shall be tested and listed in published reports of
inspected electrical equipment by an approved agency and installed and maintained
in accordance with all instructions included as part of such listing.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: Provide documentation of dryer vent cleaning to
the outside of the building..
FAIL 609.3.3-Cleaning Hoods,grease-removal devices,fans,ducts and other appurtenances shall be
cleaned at intervals as required by Sections 609.3.3.1 through 609.3.3.3.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: Provide documentation of kitchen hood exhaust
system cleaning with all discrepancies corrected.Contractor must upload online to
the compliance engine.
FAIL 609.3.3.3-Records Records for inspections shall state the individual and company performing the
inspection,a description of the inspection and when the inspection took place.
