STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 315.3.1 -Ceiling clearance Storage shall be maintained 2 feet(610 mm)or more below the ceiling in
nonsprinklered areas of buildings or not less than 18 inches(457 mm)below
sprinkler head deflectors in sprinklered areas of buildings.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments:reduce storage in kitchen to a minimum of 24"
below the ceiling.Currently storage is pushing up ceiling tile.
FAIL 6.4.3-Appliances Verify that the installed appliances are the same and in the same locations as the
approved system design.
Inspector:JEFF SIEBEL-Comments: large burner must be located under the kitchen
hood at all times.
FAIL 604.2.5-Exit signs Emergency power shall be provided for exit signs as required in Section 1013.6.3.The
system shall be capable of powering the required load for a duration of not less than
90 minutes.
