JEFF SIEBEL-03/16/2021 @ 08:20 This building is classified as a Mercantile Occupancy.The occupancy load is
approximately 30,therefore the second exit is not required.One option for you would
be to remove the exit sign from the back door and properly contain wiring in junction
box with cover.You could relocate the fire extinguisher to an accessible location 4"to
5'above the floor and utilize the space in front of the door for storage,once it's not an
exit.
